I talked a tech the bios needs to be flashed by downloading new bios off the Panasonic website I'm not computer tech even how easy it sounds to do. The Toughbook runs perfect I never had to get in the bios to make any changes and never worried about it. Only reason I know about it is the employee showed me what he had done and one of many reasons why we made them buy their own..lolWe have fifty or so with same software some have different suites like AutoCAD Design Suite, Building Design Suite, Entertainment Creation Suite, Factory Design Suite, Infrastructure Design Suite, Plant Design Suite & Product Design Suite. Depending what they needed what projects we were working on at the time. Let us know which one works best for you we can mix & match the software suites off the other laptops depending what AutoCAD suite you need.We have sold a three or four of these laptops already on eBay. When you buy them I will send all my contact information with the laptop if you have any issues or questions you can call or email me at anytime. I spent hours on the phone making changes by remote & even helping someone that bought laptop just for software. Wanted help to transfer the software on their desktop. It's not just about making the costumer happy. I enjoy meeting new people this as been a awesome experience for me it's been a lot of fun.
