You will not want to miss out on this special opportunity to win this wonderful set of Towle King Richard flatware obtained from an estate. Most pieces were purchased in the early 1950s and many have the old Sterling Pat. 1932 mark on the back. I will include the chest with the sale. This set has been well taken care of. It is used and the everyday pieces such as teaspoons and forks have slightly more wear than some of the lesser used pieces. Fortunately, this ornate pattern looks even better with age and the serving pieces are particularly beautiful. T are no monograms on any of the pieces. The set contains: 9 luncheon forks: 7 & 3/8" 9 luncheon knives: 8 & 7/8 " 16 teaspoons 15 salad forks 8 cream soup spoons 8 iced tea spoons 6 cocktail forks 7 ind. butter spreaders Serving pieces: 2 sugar shells, 1 lemon fork, 1 cheese knife, 1 tomato server, 1 pie server, 1 carving set, 1 master butter knife, 1 bonbon (nut) spoon, 1 sauce ladle, 1 gravy ladle, 1 pickle fork, 1 cold meat fork, 1 pierced tablespoon, & 3 table (serving) spoons Thank you very much for your interest in this auction. Check my feedback rating and bid with confidence. Good luck! The photo of the serving pieces has some colors reflected in it. These pieces are not discolored or pitted. I cannot detect any pitting, dings, or dents in the set.I have also been asked to list the pieces with the 1932 mark. T are 30 and they are mixed throughout the set--10 salad forks, 2 cocktail forks, 1 teaspoon, 2 soup spoons, 2 forks, 4 iced teas, the slotted serving spoon, the cold meat fork, both sugar shells, the gravy ladle, the 3 large tablespoons, and the pickle fork. The rest have Towle Sterling on the back.
