Towle 'OLD COLONIAL' EIGHT place settings My mother asked me to help her sell a few things on Ebay and this beautiful set of EIGHT place settings come from her silver collection. (Total of 40 pieces) 8 Blunt knifes 8 3/4" 8 Forks 7" 8 Salad/Dessert Forks 6 1/4" 16 Teaspoons 5 5/8" No idea how old they are. They are beautiful and have been well loved and taken care of. Yes, they have a few scratches on them, but what used set doesn't? But they are in very good condition! They have the 'Towle' 'Pat. 1895' insignia on each piece. All items sold AS IS. Not all items are new. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding. Buyers remorse is not a valid reason to refund.
We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described. If you believe the item you received is not as described in the auction, then notify us and return the same item(s) in the same condition within 3 days of the delivery date for a full item refund of the bid amount. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the 3 day approval period.
