This is the exclusive, special edition, Trail of Painted Ponies figurine called The Phoenix Pony. Ebay has made it possible for people to buy this easily, as otherwise you need to go to Phoenix, Arizona's airport to get it! Phoenix is aptly named after a mythological bird that arose from the ashes of a previous civilization. The Phoenix pony is done in wonderful vibrant coloring and has the feathery look of a great bird, with the large eyes and golden beak on the face. The mane and tail have the feathery & rippling look of the flames! Beautifully done, the design reflects similarities to the City of Phoenix' Logo. This is a much more expensive pony new, than the regular ponies, as it is such a limited edition. Consequently, I am sure it will prove to be a terrific collectible that becomes more valuable with time. Plus this is a first edition, low number 1E/3218. Mint condition with box & hang tag. Never displayed, just removed from the box for the photo. UPS Shipping includes tracking and insurance. I will need a street address. I combine shipping.
