These American Flyer S gauge Cars were packed away with the engines (which I am selling separately) in about 1961. I am not a train expert but they appear to be in fairly good shape compared to others I have seen on the internet. I did not attempt to clean these cars off as I did not want to damage the finish. Please note: the coupler is damaged on the gray open car as pointed out in the picture and the light insert on the caboose is missing. ( see pictures) I'd be happy to answer any questions or send additional pictures, beyond that I cannot offer more. I unwrapped these after 50 years and really don't remember much more. I used my train sets very little due to space constraints. During the best years the company displayed magnificent layouts of American Flyer Trains at the Gilbert Hall of Science showrooms in New York, Chicago, Miami and Washington, D.C.
