This is a combination of the American release Rail Racer and the Japanese release JRX, I initially acquired c-012 and c-014 sealed but previously stored in a damp area. Once I got them I began a search for C-13/Rapid Run. This eventually led me to an incomplete Rail Racer in which the figure I needed was nearly complete and turned out to only be missing the missile. And thankfully was the sole figure from that Rail Racer that was not missing any body parts! Yay! The two JRX figures I bought first were very nice with the exception of rusty screws.... which I was able to almost completely replace from the parts figures from the used Rail Racer set. The only remaining rusty screws are in C-12's laser gun. Once I had a nice display piece I looked at the two junk figures, Railspike was missing his small robot head and Midnight Express was missing both of his arms so I decided to just make a smaller two robot combination out of them and I shoe-gooed them together. I love this glue, it holds completely securely but when you want to remove it it peels off fairly easily. Well once put together I found that 'Mini Rail Racer' still sort of transformed.. he now changes into a Train Wreck ;) BUT He looks pretty nice standing next to the big one, almost 'little brotherish' But back to business at hand, the other two figures included is the
