In 1970 Palitoy decided to give Tiny tears a new look.She had much thicker hair,, her face was chubbier and her eyes larger. She appeared older than a young baby, more like a toddler. She was still a drink.cry and wet doll with rotational limbs. She was not as popular as the previous Tiny tears doll and therefore was only on sale for 2 years. Collectors refer to these dolls as Transitional s. .These dolls are hard to find. The markings were 16H fl eye 3034 Palitoy. The head is also marked Palitoy but miss pelt as politoy and they hid this error with the hair, its just below the hairline...Information from " Tiny tears and First Love Dolls by Susan Brewer.
