This is a Transyt 1880EL Traffic Signal Controller. 8 Phase, worked great when removed from service. I turned it on with a cheater cord, and the display works great, and data can be progammed. I cannot guarantee 100% but I am very confident that it is still fully functionable and working. These controller sold for well over $1000.00 new. Great Deal for this one!!
