On offer is this very nice travel alarmclock with thermometer and barometer. It's in very good original condition for it's age with only a few light age related marks to the case. The case has it's original clear plastic covers that are over the top of the case linings. I bought this combination from Ebay a few months ago, but on receiving it found that the clock mainspring appears to be broken or has become disconnected, as the winder just goes round in either direction, a shame as this was not mentioned in the ad when I purchased it. The little thermometer is in nice condition and works as it should and has a clear chart, also, the barometer which bears the name 'Lufft' and has german writing is working well and has a nice clear glass and face. The alarm clock is 'Europa' and has 7 jewels. Apart from the problem with the mainspring, the rest of the clock appears to be un-interfeared with and all working and the alarm works as it should too. The glass and face are in nice clear condition aswell. Both the clock and barometer glass are finely bevelled. This is a nice quality instrument with nice well made brass casings to the clock and barometer. I don't want to attempt to try and repair this myself, as I feel this is best done by someone who knows about these little clocks, so this is a chance for someone out there to grab a read more
