Here is a very interesting and hard to find copy of “A Treatise on the Principles and Practice of Levelling, Showing Its Application to Purposes of Railway Engineering and the Construction of Roads, &c. With the Addition of Mr. Law’s Practical Examples For Setting Out Railway Curves.” by Frederick W. Simms, with several illustrations, published in 1870. This book is in good condition. The covers and spines show some wear and staining. The binding and hinges are tight with all pages firmly intact. Most inside pages are clean, some have foxing. Check out some of the interesting contents in this book! It measures approximately 6” x 9 ¼” and contains 157 pages. A great book for any collection!
