PAPUA TRIBAL ART A tribal primitive GIANT rare black clam shell necklace, from Papua New Guinea The Thong is hand made and hand woven with material from, Papua New Guinea. The thong measures 24.0 inches - 60 cm round. The necklace has a drop of 15.0 inches - 38 cm. All the main parts are old, but has been put together some time in the past. The GIANT rare black clam shell measures approx 8.0 inches - 20 cm across. Complete with a custom made display stand. Fair traded to two small family businesses. Would make a very interesting center piece, a true work of tribal art. The craftsmanship is A1 quality. Weighs 1.0 kilo in the stand.
