Description: This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1952 Trifari pair of clip on earrings. These are part of Trifari's "Twinkle" design group. T he patent that was eventually granted for these earrings patent # 167,364 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on July 29, 1952. They are made up of beautiful diamond shaped rhinestones in the shape of a flower and accented with baguette and round glue set rhinestones in a silver tone metal. These earrings were also featured in the 1952 Trifari advertisement "The Most Enchanted Gift of all/Jewels by Trifari". They would be great to add to your collection or to wear! I am listing the beautiful matching necklace separately! Size: They are approximately 3/4 inch tall by 1 inch wide Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" with a crown over the "T" and on both and "Design Pat Pend" on the top of the one clip Closure: Clip on style Condition: Great antique / vintage condition. The plating on these earrings does show some wear but they are great condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
