Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest size to your actual wrist size. A: For wristbands, the two holes of the magnet housing should face the skin for maximum penetration. We have added additional magnets to compensate for the Necklace being worn loosely or over clothing. With all the products, there are no specific areas to place the magnets.
