You are bidding on a very rare Tris Speaker Pro Model Bat full size 125 H&B bat from the mid twenties. The cracked bat measures 35 inches, and weighs 38 ozs. The Hornsby handle previously taped is a handful and the rounded barrel end is identical in every way to a bat Speaker would have used.The bat displays the 35" mark on the knob and a bit of discolor on the barrel end where it had not been moved for many years, still the solid bat is very nice example of a pro model bat with cleat marks and use from the left hand hitting surface of the barrel, directly from the period the HOF player played, could have been used by any player. This is a nice bat. Email me any question prior to bidding you will get free shipping.Remeber most of the pro model bats have been sold at major auctions with the inch marks removed, this is truly a rare bat and you know who the owner is. This is an option to a supervised remodled bat sold at major auctions with out knowing the owners or partners for less than half the price of a suspect bat. And you know there has been nearly no model 125's bats for Speaker with inch marks, even though he was under contract for years and they made hundreds of them.
