Here's a new Clutch Slave Cylinder Assembly for the following models from Triumph -

Triumph Spitfire Mk2 (1147cc) (Not for Spitfire Mk1, that uses a Coil Clutch)
Triumph Spitfire Mk3 (1300cc)
Triumph Spitfire MkIV (1300cc)
Triumph Spitfire 1500 (1500cc - 1981)

Triumph Herald (1965-67, Where Diaphram Clutch is used)
Triumph Herald (1967-71 All models )

This Slave Cylinder fits on the side of the gearbox and operates the clutch, you access it from inside the car, you take out the gearbox tunnel and replace this part from inside the car. Easy to do, remove the pichbolt that hold it in place, slot the new Salve Cylinder in making sure the pin inside the bellhousing goes into the slave cylinder. Replace the pinchbolt andt ighten it - then bleed the clutch and off you go.

The rubbers in these can perish and sometimes the piston inside can sieze - you can replace the seals (See my other listing) or go for the whole unit if yours is past repair.
