Back in the early 80's I sold a full set of green sparkleTrixons- you know, the assymetrical, oblong, egg shaped bass drum and the series of conical toms held up by the Harley Davidson look-alike handle bar tom holder. Well.... the buyer asked if I had the floor tom to it and I said no. Which was a lie actually. It was t- mere inches behind the wall out of sight. You see, this floor tom was the mother of all cannons and I just could not part with it. Fast forward to 2010 and don't ask me why, I feel a little bad about that. I don't lie awake at night over it mind you, just want to see if by some rare chance I can return this bad boy to it's rightful family. So....... if you can send me a current picture of the matching set and tell me what town we w in when the set was sold to you, I will give you this floor tom and ship it to you for free . The rest of you can just purchase it at the bargain price listed as this is a no reserve auction and be thrilled to have a piece of odd drum history in your possesion. OK- some facts about the drum: I've had it stored away for almost 30 years. I bought it as part of a complete set, used (Original calf heads too!) It is one of the most bizarre ugly green sparkle colors your going to come across- but, like so many things, it's so much so that it transcends into ultra-cool. About 1/3 is pure crocodile
