This is a brand new, never worn trophy buckle won at the New Mexico Rodeo Association Governors Tour Finals. The buckle was won in the Open Team Roping Event. The buckle is 4.5 inches by 3.5 inches. It has two red stones and a figure of a Team Roper. This buckle has a black background with silver and jewelers gold on top. This is a sharp looking buckle. The buckle was given through the Governor Bill Richardsons Rodeo Tour. This is the buckle for winning the tour. Bill Richardson is the Democratic Hopeful for the President of the USA.
