This one is a hard to part with--very adorable, so unusual to find plus in fantastic condition as well. Please consider this beautiful antique greeting card. Those cute girls are centered in hearts so I wasn't sure whether to call this a greeting card (due to the message) or a valentines day card. are the specifics. Embossed paper fan with beautiful artwork by Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd, printed in Germany (information appears on the backside). Six cute young girls shown on each of the six panels-all but one are wearing large colorful bonnets, some have matching hair bows, one is cuddling a teddy bear and another is holding onto a green ball. Each panel has a beautiful bouquet of violets and beaneath this, part of the verse is written within a heart-shape space. The message is: Little Sunbeams-Fresh as purple violets-Spangled with morning dew-Filling with sweetness-life to completeness-Such dear, my love for you! The original purple ribbon is all ; the top loop and the ribbon which runs across the backside holding the fan together. Purple cord is also too-a little frayed at the end. This is in excellent condition-t aren't tears or rips in the paper. I honestly don't see any flaws with the fan. The backside has a pencilled name, "Marjory". Size: One panel is 7" long and 2 3/4" wide, entire fan opened up is about 13" long. I hope someone
