Leather along edges of spine is worn. Bottom edge between spine and board is beginning to split (one inch). Some pencil marks on front pastedown. "Joseph McDonough Rare Books Albany-N.Y." sticker on front pastedown. Binding is tight. Pages are in overall good condition.
