A Turpin Original Barn Landscape Watercolor Painting *Local Pickup Only* Condition: Piece in great condition with no signs of wear. Very fine, highly detailed strokes and color use. Matte has stain on lower portion as photographed. Wood frame shows wear and is coming apart at one joint, making the piece slightly loose within frame. Backing paper is torn.
