a very nice turquoise decorated Navajo sheath with a nice old inlaid knife--blade is well worn and about 4" long--leather sheath is velvet lined and velvet trimmed--silver "naja" at bottom of sheath--back in 1987 I was the guest of the Tribal President of the Santo Domingo Pueblo between Santa Fe and Albuquerque--after dinner I traded him silver dollar concho bracelet for this sheath and knife--he said that a local Navajo lady had made it around 1925-1930--the knife is much older than that, so it may have been a family item passed down--anyway, it is a very nice piece. !!!
