This real rarity is the PRESS PACK for the London Motorfair in October 1987. There is a high quality glossy folder, opening out to show a pocket in the middle with a tab "Handcrafted British Sports Cars Since 1949" and well-illustrated side panels on Tradition and Exclusive. The contents are: [1] a news release on stapled A4, 3 pages with descriptions for the TVR S CONVERTIBLE, TVR ES, and notes of other models on display. The TVR S Convertible is listed as 1st Public Debut (but see my other listing - it was displayed in Birmingham in 1986) but in final production form and the TVR ES was a "World Debut!" - but in typical TVR fashion the powerplant was not finalised and the performance figures somewhat imaginative. [2] a UK Price List November 1987 - single sheet card 10x21cm approx, folded vertically [3] a dealer fitted options price list November 1987 - includes such as headlamp high pressure wash at £200 and central locking at £225 - seems the dealers finished the factory build.
