CARE INSTRUCTIONS I am one seller who believes in truth in advertising and not just selling a item to make a fast buck. PLEASE READ: The design is a professional heat transfer applied with hundreds of pounds of pressure using a heat press. Since the design is a heat transfer it should be treated as a decoritive item and care must be given in washing and drying this item if neccesary. I recommend hand wash inside out with cold water and gentle detergent only and hang dry. Heat and bleach are not a friend to heat transfers . Iron with parchment paper (baking paper) laid over the design, allow to cool and remove paper. Exchange Policy Contact must be made and item returned within 3 days of receipt I accept exchanges only if I've shipped the wrong item or I've made a mistake on spelling if its a personalized item. I am not responsible for any item damaged due to laundering mistakes or any delays in delivery due to the postal service not doing their jobs. Buyer regret is not a acceptable reason. If this is a personized item be sure of your spelling as I copy directly from what you send me.
