Grama's Forever Babies Welcoming Baby Twins, Rebecca and Rachael Date Of Reborn May 11, 2009 Weight 2 lbs 1 oz Each Length 14 Inches Each These little Cutie Patooties are 2 of Stephanie Sullivan's Quads. I have decided to do them as twins and offer them together as they are adorable as sisters and are so tiny. All of my babies are photographed in natural light. I do increase the available light with a natural daylight lamp, the photos are not retouched in any way other than to possible crop or fade the edges on some photos. I want you to see what the baby actually will look like when you receive her or him. These darling little girls are so tiny and precious. They are so sweet and look so lifelike in person, the photos do not do them justice. I really enjoyed the process of reborning these delightful babies for their new mommy. Each one is completely unique yet similar in appearance. Their clothing is adorable, the blue and white dresses were custom made for them by my friend Cyndi of cynandmar creations. Her work is impeccable and detailed. The tiny little white booties were chrocheted by me to match the dresses. The tiny pink outfits were purchased and have been altered to fit perfectly. Each baby has one other outfit that is not in the photos that they will bring home...little nightgowns altered just for them with mathching booties. *Genesis Heat Set Paints *Micro Rooted Premium Quality Mohair *Realistic Weighting *Jointed 3/4 Limb Doe Suede Body *Beautiful Layette *Hand Rooted Lashes *Realistic Veining and Shading *Opened Nose with Felt Backing Both babies have soft wavy curly blonde hair that is rooted with a 42 German forked needle, the hair is the softest mohair I have ever found and is raw, never dyed, natural hair. The babies both have hand rooted lashes. Rebecca is open eyed and her lashes are very fine and trimmed to perfection. Rachael is sleeping peacfully with her little sweet face. Both babies are adorable and cuddly even being so tiny. These lovely babies were reborn by myself, Jean Campbell. I have been an artist for over 30 years and was so pleased when I discovered reborning. This is a perfect way for me to use my skills and creative abilities as an artist and bring happiness to others. I love creating these one of a kind heirloom babies for their new Mommies. Much love and care goes into each aspect of my art and I enjoy making the entire experience pleasant for you. Please enjoy the photos of the babies as they are works of art that have taken many hours to complete. These babies took hours to complete. They were bathed, painted, blushed, rooted and sealed with love and care. The clothing custom made. The fabric on the clothing is soft and sweet, the rosebud print fabric is from fabric that belonged to my mother and is at least 30 years old, it is so soft and semi sheer. I have tried to create the perfect set of adorable twins for just the right mommy. All of my babies are created in a completely smoke free environment. I use only high quality materials in each of my babies. You will never find sand, rocks or any other such items in my babies. I weight the limbs and head with fine grit glass, top off with fiber fill and seal them. The head also is filled with fiber to keep it nice and round. I use a heavier grade of glass beads and Polly Pellets in the body of the baby and stuff them with quality fiber fill that is a silk blend. I use only quality bodies on every baby. The twins have flesh colored doe suede 3/4 limb bodies that are fully jointed. All my babies come to their new Mommy's with the clothing they wear in their auctions. All of my babies bring a birth certificate with their photo on it. I send little extras with each baby as well. All other items in the auction photos are props and not for sale.
