A rare wood toy from the 1920s. This is the Twistum golden bear mascot made for the university of california berkeley. This blue and gold theme was also done in berekely college colors on a football player figure Twistum that went with the bear. He has moveable joints held together by piano wire. The bear still has part of the original label on the bottom foot. He measures 6 inches long x 3 1/2 inches high. A great find for the Twistum collector if you have the matching football player.
