The first is a spoon it is 11 inches long and weighs approximately 4 Troy ounces derived by a hand held and spring operated Troy scale. The back of this spoon is fitted with a sp that would rest on the rim of a serving bowl to prevent the spoon from sliding into it.The second piece is a pie slice, it is also 11 inches long and it weighs 4 Troy ounces and it has a gold plated blade to prevent acid damage from food.
