This aution lot consists of two Tiffany & Co âeoeAudubonâe pattern serving pieces. each has a different bird pattern on the front and floral pattern on the back. The spoon's back is engraved with the initials "EFP". The pie slice does not have a monogram. The first is a spoon it is 11 inches long and weighs approximately 4 Troy ounces derived by a hand held and spring operated Troy scale. The back of this spoon is fitted with a sp that would rest on the rim of a serving bowl to prevent the spoon from sliding into it.The second piece is a pie slice, it is also 11 inches long and it weighs 4 Troy ounces and it has a gold plated blade to prevent acid damage from food. T is are additional stamped marks, on each, "STERLING", "m" for the 1907-1947 period and the "1871" , which refers to the date of the patent issued for the pattern. T is some minor pitting on the interior of the bowl of the spoon, otherwise this lovely pair is perfect. Check out my other items of American Sterling Silver!
