TWO U.S. GRANT BELL PULL TYPE MEDALLIONS,

heavy-in-the-hand, solid medallions celebrating the centennial, one of brass, the other of highly polished silver. The front bears a bas-relief of Ulysses Grant in military uniform and hallmarked by Kaufmann. The back features a heraldic eagle in front of a sunburst and above a banner bearing E Pluribus Unum. Below are the dates 1776 1876. These magnificent works of medallic art are signed by J. Frey. They don`t get more impressive than these!
