These are two compacts, no date but very retro. One is gold tone mtal with red painted top. It has obviously been used as t is surface wear on the gold and on the red paint and left-over face powder inside. Measures 2 9/16" diameter and 3/4" deep. Inside lid is a mirror (in pretty good condition). T is a powder puff that measures 2 1/2" diameter and nearly 1/2" thick. The other compact looks as though has never been used. It is a seafoam green color, glossy paint, with a lady wearing slacks on cover. It measures 3 1/4" diameter and about 1/2" deep. Back has a sticker that says "Humphrey's Remembrance Shop Grand Lake, Colo". Inside lid is a m irror in pretty good condition. T is a place for powder (no evidence ever used) and a puff just shy of 2" in diameter. T are some red stains on puff that took me a while to figure out. T is a rectangular recessed area just above the puff witich turned out to hold a little lipstick! Hence the origin of the stains on the puff. The lipstick is full. T is what looks like may be rust along one side of the lipstick holder, or is dried lipstick, I cannot tell. This one is just too cute! I can combine shipping on items if requested. And, thank you for checking out my auctions!
