If you commit to buy an item and fail to pay within 4 days an unpaid case will be opened against you with eBay so I can get a refund of my eBay fees and relist the item for a buyer who actually will pay. Shipping: US Postage went up on January 26, 2014!!! Please keep in mind that shipping costs include materials for shipping (i.e. bubble wrap, tissue paper, and boxes). Also, items over 13 ounces can only be shipped as Priority Mail . Parcel Post is available but generally costs the same if not more than Priority
