Up for auction is a clipped signature from the great Hall of Famer Ty Cobb. I will first mention that I am not a baseball collector, nor am I an expert on baseball autographs. I purchased the two framed signatures that I have up for auction aprroximately 15 years ago when I bought out a large signature collection which contained mostly Civil War autogrpahs. These two signatures were part of that collection. I've never had them authenticated. I will try to described this as best as possible. This is a clipped signature on aged paper written as "Tyrus Cobb" which appear to be done in ink as t is some bleeding around the writing. The signature is professionally matted and framed in a 9 inch by 11 inch frame with a replica baseball card. Please check out the pics and use your own expertise.
