Hello, Please see my other U-Boat listings. What I am listing Is one (1) 8x10 photograph autographed by a Torpedoman on the U-505, Wolfgang Schiller. In the late 1990's I met Hans Goebler, another veteran of the U-505 at military collector shows. I became friends with Hans and It was through Hans that I met and corresponded with Wolfgang. The autograph on the photo Is real, actual, not a scan, facsimile or forgery. I corresponded with Wolfgang from 1998-2002. He came to Chicago with his wife Ruth to be Interviewed about the capture of the U-505 and I met wih them t Item 2 Is a 5x7 photo of Wolfgang, and along with that, seperately Is a copy of a postcard setting up our meeting date in Chicago and Informing me that Hans had died. I am Including a copy (not the original) for provenance of Wolfgang's signature. I blocked my address on the postcard with a ticket (Item 3) from the 1980 U-505 Reunion for a Beer- Wolfgang wrote on It that he had a beer with Hans. You will receive a color copy of the front and back of the ticket on quality photo paper, this Is a great addition to the display. Item 4 Is a 5x7 photo of the Crew taken In Germany shortly before their last Cruise when Harald Lange was the Captain. The history of the U-505 Is well known. It was captured at sea June 4, 1944 by ships and wildcat aircraft from U.S. Navy Task Force
