Original U.S. Army "Rucksack" Backpack. Inside of the Top Cover is Printed "Meese Inc 1945". This rare and vintage Rucksack is in Good Condition. The Heavy Duty Army Green Canvas has about a 3/8" tear in the top...hardly noticeable. It is somewhat soiled and used. It is about 63 years old. It appears to have all of the original straps for the shoulders, shovel, blanket roll, etc. T is no frame. I don't think this model came with a frame. It measures closed 14" high X 12" wide X 4" at the side seams, but will open to a much larger area. T is one outside pocket on the side, secured by a metal button. Inside are three pockets, one for mess gear + two side pockets. The vinyl interior top covering is intact and strong. Please see the supersized photos for closer inspection. Payment by PayPal Only.
