UK Silver Crown, 1935 Silver Jubilee King George V Description The "Rocking Horse Crown" of 1935 was a one-year issue to celebrate the Silver Jubilee (25 years on the Throne of England) of King George V. Sadly, the King died just a few months later. The highly unorthodox rendition of "Saint George Slaying the Dragon" was inspired by the Art Deco movement of the 1930s.
