Thomas MOULE: ( 1784-1851 ), produced the most decorative of the 19th century English County Maps. From 1833 onwards under the title of ENGLISH COUNTIES DELINEATED , then into the 1840's in various publications, mainly in A COMPLETE & UNIVERSAL DICTIONARY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE , By Rev. James. Barclay. The maps in these later publications were updated to include the addition of subsequent railway extensions etc .
