Ultra Rare Vintage Harlequin Fiesta Ball Pitcher

Up for auction is this very, very, very rare Fiesta/Harlequin Ball Pitcher in Harlequin Yellow.
As many of you advanced collectors know, the Harlequin Ball Pitcher was originally designed for the Fiesta line but never dipped in Fiesta colors. It was modeled in March of 1937. This was a year before the familiar Disk Pitcher. The first "ball jug" had a longer handle and a high necked spout, and at this time it was determined that it would be used with the Woolworths line of dinnerware, Harlequin. (The one listed ) The revision, done four months later, was made to look like a similar product made by Hall China, and features a shorter handle and a redesigned spout. Both jugs have Fiesta's band of graduated rings at the bottom. These jugs are ULTRA, SUPER RARE. I happen to have two in my collection, one in Spruce Green and the other (the one listed in Harlequin yellow. I know of two other collector in Virginia and one Ohio that have this version of the ball jug. One in Maroon, and the other in Harlequin Yellow. I did receive and E-MAIL from a collector stating that he had on in Blue (Mauve), but he did not send a photo. Condition: This ball pitcher is in very nice shape. T is one small 1/16" on the spout. (Please see photo.) The item does have a few small surface scratches. T is slight glaze imperfection towards the neck of the spout. It is very slight, and very difficult to photo. T are many photos so you can compare the original Ball Pitcher to the standard Ball Pitcher. Also, you can see the photos of the rings along the base and on the bottom. I have spoken to a number of collectors and Fiesta appraisers. They informed me that these are far more rare then a Medium Green ball pitcher. Due to this I must put a reserve on this item. (Also to protect my investment.) I want to tell you the reserve is less then the value of a Medium Green Ball Pitcher. I welcome any questions, about this item. We both have full time jobs and we sell items on eBay as a hobby. However, t are times that we do ship on Mondays, depending on our schedules. Insurance is required on all items. We do not ship international. Payment: We expect payment within 10 days of end of auction. Our preferred However, we will accept a Money Order or Cashier's Check. If you send a personal check, the check will be returned and the item re-listed. T are no exceptions for personal checks. We are VERY sorry that we have to be this way, but we have been burned too many times with bad checks. Issues w/Items: We want all of our customers to be satisfied.
