UN - New York Human Rights Declaration 10 sheets of 12 Ten full mint (MNH) panes of 12 stamps with 12 labels issued by the United Nations in New York. These stamp were issued from 1989-1993 to celebrate the 40th anniversary (in 1988) of the Declaration of Human Rights. Each label reproduces the text of one of the Articles from the Declaration. Very attractive mini sheets. These are Scott # 570-1, 582-3, 599-600, 616-7, and 627-8.Total 2009 Scott Catalogue Value for this set of full panes is $75 but my Brookman catalogue lists the retail price at $117.50. Face Value alone is $43.56.For First Class, flat shipping with a stiff cardboard backing for mint sheets I charge a flat rate of $2.00 for US addresses.
