UNC NEW RUSSIAN BANKNOTE 1000 RUBLES 1997 / 2010 New Design NOTE BANK of RUSSIA DESCRIPTION OF THE BANKNOTE: UNC!!! DIRECTLY FROM THE BANK! The 1000-ruble Bank of Russia note of 2010 modification The serial number of the banknote may vary. Country: Russian Federation (Bank of Russia) Denomination: 1000 Rubles In circulation since: August, 10 2010 Dimensions: 157 x 69 mm The 1000-ruble banknote is printed on white high-quality cotton paper. Chaotically embedded in the paper are protective fibres of light-green and red colour, fibres with alternating red and yellow sectors, as well as a vertical security thread with repeated text seen in the transparent light. The banknote has local watermarks in the left and right coupon fields. The front of the banknote depicts the monument to Prince Yaroslav the Wise and chapel on the background of the Yaroslavl Kremlin. On the back of the banknote there is the Bell Tower and Church of John the Precursor in Yaroslavl. Predominant colours of the banknote are blue and green. The emblem of the Bank of Russia is made with optically-variable ink (OVI). The banknote possesses several machine-readable security features. The modified banknote has the same dimensions and general design as the 1000-ruble banknote of 2004 modification. The banknote colour design has been changed insignificantly. read more
