Light staining along back cover only! No missing pages or cut outs! Overstreet Guide Book Value: $49 The "book value" is given here simply as a reference. Please understand that some issues and titles consistently sell at or above "book value" due to popularity, scarcity, etc...Of course, some sell consistently below "book value" as well. The value above is not necessarily an indication of actual value supported by current sales data. While I am not a professional grader I consider myself very capable of judging most books. I am confident in this grade and you should be too. I know people can be very particular about grading. Believe me, I've been on BOTH sides of this argument.
