Cast iron mechanical Uncle Sam Bank. You put a coin in his hand and press a button and the hand drop the coin into the bag. It works excellently. The paint is chipped on the openging to the bag that the coins drop into. The bottom stopper is missing. I assume that is a older collectible reproduction of an antique bank. Nearly all the new reproduction I have seen show Uncle Sam with a green umbrella. This one here has a blue umbrella.
