Available for bid is one Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) caboose stove coal shovel. Vertical sides and a short length are both indicators of a shovel typically used within the confines of a caboose to feed a stove with coal. Top of handle is marked "Ames Husky" - "UP System" "6 53" "2" and the reverse "31". Side of handle is marked "Ames Improved" and "Shock Band Patd".
