Offered for your consideration is a very unique and unusual custom Damascus knife from highly regarded maker Chris Peterson. Peterson, a Utah-based maker, is a highly skilled maker who really does it all. A long-time member of the Knifemaker's Guild, Peterson is a full-time maker who has been making knives professionally for over twenty years. He forges his own Damascus, engraves, scrimshaws, inlays, and his wife even makes the sheaths. Peterson forges Damascus from O1 and is also one of the few makers who forges meteor Damascus. His knives generally have a very unique look that are unmistakably his, and this one is certainly no exception. Even without his marks, this knife would easily be identified by anyone familiar with Peterson's work. The knife has never been used, carried, or sharpened and remains in perfect condition. The design of this knife appears radical at a glance, but is highly functional and very versatile. The knife curves in the shape of a slightly relaxed boomerang and has one og the best feels I've experienced. It simply feels like it belongs in the hand. The beautifully forged Damascus blade is very unique and you'll not see one like it from another maker. The Damascus is of fairly high contrast and the patterns are just mesmerizing.
