This is a very nice example of an older Kerosene or Gasoline Blowtorch. It was made by Unique Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois. There is a very nice label on the side in a large oval design instead of a more common narrow rectangular label. The body or Tank is Red and disc shaped. The handle is all metal and part of the tank casting. From base to tip it stands about 10" and from handle to tip it is about 9" long. The tank is about 2-1/2" thick. As you can see in the pictures this Blowtorch has spent a lot of time kicking around in tool boxes but still looks pretty good. I have no idea what fuel it actually burns, or if it still works, or is even safe to light.
