WHAT A BEAUTIFUL OLD VINTAGE OAK MORRIS STYLE CHAIR This one is Truly Unique as it has : 1. A push button on the right arm of the chair that when pushed it reclines the back. 2. A Magazine Rack that pulls out from the bottom. What a concept. Lots of Laughs! 3. A Footrest that folds into the magazine rack or folds out to rest your feet. 4. Curved wood that runs vertical on each side of the back. A wonderful touch and great design. This chair is stamped on the bottom, under the magazine rack, 1912. I believe this chair to be in original condition. Please take a good long look at these photos. This chair is a prime example of one of the 1st recliners of the Morris Style Chair. VINTAGE PIECE IN GOOD CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE Original Wood Original Coil "Lift Out Seat". Has Cushioned Back and Seat with "LUMBAR SUPPORT" another plus in the design. SIZE: 39" High, 17" from Floor to Seat, 29" Wide (arm to arm) DOWNSIDE: Although I would not refinish t are a couple areas that one might want to tend to: Some Niks/Chips in wood at right arm, please look close at photo or email for more close-ups. Some Niks/Chips on the top of the wood that runs vertical on the back. Is not Super Solid - Could use "a little", not a lot of TLC. Needs your Custom Touch for Fabric / Leather Choice.
