This is a beautiful piece of authentic Rookwood Pottery from 1930 (XXX). This is a wonderful example of American "Arts & Crafts" or "Art Nouveau" pottery. The colors are gorgeous on this piece. This urn shaped vase has a beautiful and unique Aqua/Blue matte drip-glaze finish and an unusual pattern of sunflowers all the way around (I took several photos for you to try and capture the pattern and this beautiful glaze). This wonderful vase is in MINT condition. T are no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and no crazing. The inside of this vase is also clean and flawless and the mold is unusually strong. This is a unique and beautiful piece as you can see in the photographs. This vase is marked with the impressed Rookwood Pottery "RP" monogram and Flames, a date of XXIII (1923), and form #2591. This vase is approximately 6" tall and has a circumference of 11". Packaged professionally and shipped immediately. Shipping and handling would be a flat $17 for this piece of pottery via USPS Priority mail. Please let me know if I can answer any questions. Thank you. In the world of pottery, I may call it Mint, but you think it's Near Mint; I call it a skip, but you think it's a chip; I call it a speck, but you think it's a fleck; I call it a flick, but you think it's a nick; I call it a scratch, but you think it's a patch; I call it a repair, but you're in despair; I call it a flake, but you think it was a mistake. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you won't get any flack, you can return it and get all you're money back.Yes. I have not seen another one in this pattern with such a crisp and strong mold. Truely a gorgeous Rookwood piece. Thanks. T is NO Reserve on this piece, so high bidder wins it! Thanks. In the first line of the description I stated incorrectly "from 1930 (XXX)". It is really from 1923 (XXIII) as you can see from the impressed date in the photo.
