BEAUTIFUL SORRENTO ITALY SMALL DISH AND WINE STOPPER!! GORGEOUS COLORS!
Are you planning a trip to Sorrento, in beautiful Southern Italy? Or did you just take a trip there and need another item to remember it by? This is a beautiful matching set of a small colorful dish and matching wine stopper that shows the city of Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and even Mt Vesuvius in the background! The small dish is 5 inches in diameter. Perfect perhaps for some olive oil and seasonings for dipping? It has green trim and from the hilltop, under a lemon tree (yum limoncello!) you can see the buildings of the city, sailboats on the Bay and steam erupting from the volcano! That same scene just smaller is repeated on the wine stopper. The colors are bright, it is so pretty! There are no markings to identify the manufacturer. The set is in excellent condition. The colors are vibrant. The small dish does not have any chips or other issues. It is beautiful. The stopper is also in very good condition. I only see a bit of an indent on the cork, it looks perhaps original to the piece but I wanted to mention it. It is in the middle of the cork so it should not impact the corking ability!
