Up for auction is this lovely VINTAGE ANTIQUE DIAMOND RING in 14k (marked) WHITE and YELLOW GOLD! This one is a real beauty, crafted in a very unusual and attractive style. The design centers on a gorgeous clear and VERY WHITE diamond. It's bezel-set, and is about 3.5 mm in diameter. T are eight "spokes" extending outward from the central stone, ending at an outer circular pattern. The circular pattern is scalloped, with a total of twelve scallops. T are small diamonds in each of the spokes and in each of the scallops. The central stone looks like an old mine cut to me, but I'm not positive. The small stones are a very old style of cut which I've only seen in extremely old pieces. These diamonds are cut in a rough way, and almost appear to have been cleaved. The piece is crafted in white gold, with yellow gold accents. The area of the design measures about 16 mm north to south, and about 7.5 mm east to west. The condition of the ring is very nice. I've never seen anything like this before. It is a real vintage treasure! The ring is about a size 5.
