We also love to inexpensively combine shipping for any items won during our weekly Thursday auctions. We accept Paypal only for our items. If you have won multiple auctions, please contact us before paying so we can update your invoice and inexpensively combine shipping for you. If for some reason you are unable to pay for your item within 3 days of the auction ending, please email us so we can make payment arrangements. *Customer Service: Miss Violet & I pride ourselves on providing old fashioned customer service in a day and age of modern technology. If you should need anything, please don’t hesitate to email us… We are here to help! *Shipping: Our shipping and handling time is 5 days, but we always try to ship our items ASAP. Jewelry items will be shipped First Class via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation . We use bubble mailers, bubble wrap, boxes and any other packing materials to make sure your items arrive safely. Please remember that these supplies do cost money, and are included in the shipping cost of your items. If you'd like insurance added to your purchase or have special packing requests(boxes, etc), please email us before paying for your items. These extras add to the cost of shipping so we will need to update your invoice for you. * Please note: We ship Monday through Friday only , as we have other obligations on the weekends. Also we don’t ship our items to third parties since neither the buyer or seller will be covered under Ebays protection plan. *International Shipping: Due to missing packages and other concerns, we will not be shipping international packages at this time . *Please Note: We ship only to buyers registered in the United States. We also will not ship to a third party in the USA . Third parties include friends, family, businesses and ‘The Letter Carrier’, etc. If any auction winner has an account registered in another country, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted. * The Other Stuff: Most of our items are Vintage or Antique, so please realize that these items have been used and will not look brand new. We will do our best to describe each piece with the knowledge we have, but we are by no means experts , only enthusiasts. We are also not professional photographers but do try to take the clearest, close-up macro pictures possible, which can make jewelry items appear larger than they actually are. We edit our pictures to be as accurate to the piece as possible on our computer, but your monitor may show colors, etc. differently. We usually do some light surface cleaning only to highlight our jewelry’s appearance, so your item may need some further cleaning and TLC when you receive it . We cannot guarantee smoke-free or pet free since we do buy from other sources , and of course we all know Miss Violet is a little Long Haired Chihuahua! *Returns: We do not accept returns unless there is a gross misrepresentation of your item.
