A not so well kept secret of hobby days gone by was the fact that leftover plates could sometimes be obtained from county courthouses at the end of the registration year, often for little or no cost. This is such a pair, exceptionally well kept over the years and totally original, complete with the somewhat deteriorated mailing envelope. They look almost as new as the day they were made.
