United Futbol Club (United FC or UFC) is a non profit competitive club based in Southern Orange County. The club is a proud member of the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA-S) and Southern California Developmental Soccer League (SCDSL), where the competition is among the finest in the United States. United Futbol Club has a rich tradition of soccer heritage dating back to 1983, known then as the San Juan Soccer Club. United FC prides itself on providing quality instruction, a premier facility, role model coaching and a Board of Directors dedicated to ensuring the long lasting success of the Club.In 1982, a group of high school boys from the San Juan Capistrano area had a loosely organized soccer team where they had played in the Pacific League for one season. They played in tee shirts, whatever shorts they could find the day of the game, tennis shoes and a few even wore soccer cleats. The team had little or no direction, leadership, or sponsorship.
