I know little about military collectibles, so I will do my best to describe this item and hopefully, with the pictures, you folks will be able to figure out what you are bidding on. This appears to be a US, WWII era bayonet. It has a little rust and the letters "U.C." above "U.S." This sword has been in our attic for over 40 years. My father brought it back from Germany after his participation in the Berlin airlift. T is no reserve on this auction. Buyer will pay the actual cost of shipping and the price will depend on how you want it shipped. A helpful ebayer has told me this is a 1905 Utica Cutlery bayonet.
